2024年 1月29日，在中国贸促会会长任鸿斌率中国企业家代表团访问马来西亚期间，在浙江华侨华人总会的引荐和陪同下，浙江省贸促会、省国际商会与森美兰中华总商会在吉隆坡签署合作备忘录。浙江省贸促会、省国际商会会长陈建忠，森美兰中华总商会会长拿督吕海庭局绅出席签约仪式并签署合作备忘录。中国贸促会会长任鸿斌、马来西亚中华总商会总会长丹斯里卢成全上议员出席并见证签约仪式。本次合作备忘录签署后，双方将在经贸政策、法律法规、政府规章，贸易投资环境，贸易投资推广活动，贸易投资项目等方面展开广泛交流，不定期组织经贸代表团开展互访，通过举办展览展示、技术交流、企业访问、招商引资活动，进一步推动浙江省与森美兰州的经贸交流合作，助力双边关系健康稳定发展。

On January 29, 2024, during a visit to Malaysia by a Chinese business delegation led by Ren Hongbin, President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), the Zhejiang Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), the Zhejiang International Chamber of Commerce (CCOIC), and the Negeri Sembilan Chinese Chamber of Commerce (NCCCI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Kuala Lumpur, accompanied by the Zhejiang Overseas Chinese General Association. Chen Jianzhong, President of the Zhejiang Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and the Zhejiang Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Commerce (CCOIC), and Datuk Lu Haiting, President of the Negeri Sembilan Chinese Chamber of Commerce, attended the signing ceremony. Ren Hongbin, President of the CCPIT, and Senator Low Cheng Chuan, President of the Malaysian Chinese Chamber of Commerce, also attended and witnessed the signing. Following the signing of this MoU, the two sides will engage in extensive exchanges on economic and trade policies, laws and regulations, government regulations, the trade and investment environment, trade and investment promotion activities, and trade and investment projects. The two sides will regularly organize economic and trade delegations to exchange visits. Through exhibitions, technical exchanges, company visits, and investment attraction activities, the two sides will further promote economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between Zhejiang Province and Negeri Sembilan, contributing to the healthy and stable development of bilateral relations.
