On December 20, 2015, Wang Zuhuan, then Vice Mayor of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, led a Wenzhou Municipal Government delegation including Cheng Jianchun, Deputy Director of the Wenzhou Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, and Chen Dong, Deputy District Chief of Longwan District, to visit Malaysia for inspection and guidance.
