2024年9月10日，总会参加马来西亚第一副首相访华活动，并邀请马来西亚第一副首相拿督斯里阿莫扎西作为“第五届世界会长大会”顾问参与大会。总会秘书长陈烨作为“第五届世界会长大会”执行秘书长全程参与。

On September 10, 2024, the Federation participated in the visit of the First Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia to China and invited the First Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato' Sri Amo Zahid, to participate in the "5th World Federation of Presidents Conference" as an advisor. The Secretary-General of the Federation, Chen Ye, participated in the entire process as the Executive Secretary-General of the "5th World Federation of Presidents Conference".
