2024年8月23日，在总会的引荐和陪同下，第五届世界会长大会决定从中国杭州移师在马来西亚吉隆坡举办，并拜访马华公会、拉曼大学、拉满理工大学、拉曼技职学院。

On August 23, 2024, with the recommendation and accompaniment of the General Association, the 5th World Presidents Conference decided to move from Hangzhou, China to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and visit the Malaysian Chinese Association, Tunku Abdul Rahman University, Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Technology, and Tunku Abdul Rahman Polytechnic.
